If the glass is to be installed using the adhesion method, the cleanliness of the adhesion surface, primer application and the waiting period after adhesion are of critical importance.

For PU and Primer applications, it is essential for a good installation to comply with the application instructions of the manufacturer, depending on the environmental conditions and properties of the glass to be installed.

For installations performed using connections, the glass tightening torque values are important for the tensile forces that the glass is exposed to.

Ensure that the piece of cloth you use to wipe the glass after installation is completely clean and free from dust.

Never use chemicals such as thinner or diesel oil to clean the body or the glass.

For installations performed using the adhesion method, it is recommended to apply primer on the entire surface between the PU and the glass. In applications where PU is applied on the edge of the glass, it is also recommended to apply primer on the laminated glass edge.

For shipment in boxes, do not remove the separators between the pieces of glass until all the glass inside the box is used up.

Impact and flex resistance of laminated glass is less compared to tempered glass. You should be more gentle when moving and installing laminated glass.
