The website with the domain name “https://www.olimpia.com.tr/” (the “Website”) is operated by “OLİMPİA OTO CAMLARI SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ” (hereinafter referred to as “OLİMPİA”) registered at “Köşklüçeşme Mah. İstanbul Cad. No:97 Gebze/KOCAELİ”. As the data controller, OLİMPİA is responsible for determining the purposes and methods for processing personal data, and establishing and managing a data record system.
As per the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “Law”), we would like to inform you about the processing of the personal data -obtained when you use the Website- as per Article 3 titled “Definitions” in the Law, including but not limited to the collection, storage and transfer of such data, as well as the principles and methods of processing them.
2.Purposes for Which the Personal Data Can Be Processed:
According to Article 3 titled “Definitions” in the Law, personal data refers to “all kinds of information of identified or identifiable real persons”. As per Article 11 of the Law titled “Rights of the Data Subject”, you can exercise the following rights as the data owner by applying to OLİMPİA in writing or using other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Council: To learn whether your personal data is processed or not; to demand information regarding the processing of your personal data; to learn the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether these personal data is used in compliance with the purpose; to know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred in country or abroad; to request the rectification of the incomplete or inaccurate data and to request that third parties to whom your personal data was transferred are informed about such rectification; although the personal data was processed in compliance with the Law and provisions of other relevant laws, if reasons for processing personal data are no longer valid, to ask for deletion or destruction of the personal data and request that the third parties to which the personal data was transferred are informed about such deletion or destruction; to object to a result that is against you arising from the analysis of processed personal data exclusively through automated systems; and if you incur losses due to unlawful processing of your personal data, to request compensation for your loss.
Your request in the application shall be concluded free of charge by OLİMPİA in the shortest time possible but no later than thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if this procedure incurs a separate fee for OLİMPİA, the fee stated in the tariff defined by the Personal Data Protection Council may be charged.
9.Use of Rights, Application and Contact
You can write your requests regarding the rights above as per the Law, completely fill out the “Form of Application to Data Controller” and bring a wet ink signed copy of the form to “Köşklüçeşme Mah. İstanbul Cad. No:97 Gebze/KOCAELİ” in person, send it through a notary or using other methods stated in the Law.

If the response to the application is given in a record environment such as CD or flash memory, the fee to be charged by the Company cannot exceed the cost of the record environment.

As per the “Communiqué on the Methods and Principles for Application to Data Controller” numbered 30356 and dated 10.03.2018, data owners send their requests regarding the rights in Article 11 of the Law to OLİMPİA, in writing or using the registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure e-signature, mobile signature or the e-mail address registered in OLİMPİA’s system as it was provided to OLİMPİA before by the data owners, or through software or application developed for application purposes.
