Two pieces of tempered glasses are used. Aluminium profiles are used for ensuring an air space in between. Profiles are extruded with butyl so as to provide safe impermeability and insulation. There are adequate materials between two glasses inside profiles, which can eliminate humidity. Two glasses are assembled with two butyl profiles prior to the final washing-up process and pressed by an automatic machine without any human touch. After the pressing process, empty spaces remaining in strips are filled in by PU.
