Tempered Glass

Tempering is a thermal process where glass is bent (curved), when necessary, and instantaneously cooled after it is heated up to 650 degrees, which is softening temperature. Glass is made 5 times more resistant than its former raw state after such a tempering process. Such glass, which gains resistance against breakage, stretches and thermogram, is shattered into very small particles when broken. The size and resistance of particles is in compliance with safety regulations.

Areas of Usage
Moving door and rear glasses for automobiles, buses and trucks. Tempered heavy construction machinery and tractor cabin glasses.
